It's a dimensional analysis/unit conversion problem.

one week = 7 days = 7*24 hours = 168 hours
2 tons = 2*1000 pounds = 2000 pounds

so center A does 100 pounds per hour
center B does (2000)/168 pounds per hour

Aluminum A is faster because 100 pounds daily each day can be more than 2 tons per week because per week, is just once a week, while Aluminum is A is daily non stop, it will continue to get more so that's my reason
