Alrighty, New code, QuestioCove.
QCOS, OpenStudy, and QuestionCove are all exchangable themes now, meaning once you use OpenStudy, you can revert it by using QuestionCove :P

Some of them do, but unfortunately with all the theme, style, and structure changes, a lot of the codes had to be disabled because they were broken - and fixing them everytime I made a change would just increase the workload for me.

I'm sad about the OS one not working anymore

I would say sure, but it's an unreasonable ask to make them as they are now, It would be better to make them from scratch. How I used to make these themes was just by editing the OS stylesheets and saving them, meaning it's the entire stylesheet and can't really be worked with, and would interfere with a lot of the changes already made to QC
