uh well... the picture you posted is already a graph. You could find the equation of it though by just looking at where the arrow on that graph starts, and where it points to. It starts on 5, with a bubbled-in circle. This means that we include 5. And it points to the left, so we must include everything below 5. We can write this as \[x \le5\] We use the \[ \le\] symbol since it includes 5.
