The most common strategy to surviving Night 6 is for the player to:

Check Foxy and Freddy Fazbear (based on where he is. It is recommended to start watching him from the Show Stage.)
Check the Hall lights.
Repeat.
Alternatively, the player can:

Check only Freddy (on the Show Stage).
Check the Hall Lights.
Check Pirate Cove every 2-3 cycles.
Repeat.

No no no. All you really need to do is watch pirate cove, and your doors. That will save power, and limit your time staring at the cameras. When freddy moves, you will hear his laughter. When Chica is in the kitchen, you will hear pots and stuff. The only thing you can't hear, is foxy leaving Pirate Cove. keep there camera on pirate cove. The rest can be hear or seen.

If you can find a pattern, you can stop it, such as when it seems about the time you died, close the door the entity comes from for a minute or so. You will be able to spare the power if you use the camera to briefly make sure foxy is in Pirate cove.

Ah. Chica does that. Prick. Anyways, Bonnie is really quiet at times, so when he seems to disappear for a while, you can check the cameras, but watch your doors while you do. The game is set up so that when foxy is already half way down the hall, the door isn't going to shut, so you have to be watching the Cove to get it right.
