Wait for ssj4 goku, do I have to do all offline parallel quests, and if so do I have to do all the ''New PQs'' you unlock when u buy the DLC packs?

Does this include the New PQs u unlock when u buy the DLC packs like the GT packs and Resurrection F, or just the game PQs u unlock freely
