So k9bluecoat won't be running, and that is why it's important you do this, or k9 will [b]BREAK[/b] your internet connection

Alright, your going to want to boot into safe mode, once your in safe mode run the program by right clicking it, and hit run as administrator.

It is VITAL that you do not do this while not in safe mode, otherwise you will break your computer.
