biofreak:

A race car driver loses his leg in an accident. Apply Lamarck's and Darwin's theories of evolution to predict whether this disability will be carried forward by his children.

AnimeLuver10023:

Hey there I just went to openstudy and found this same question with these two choices, do they match? In Lamarck's theory, physical injuries will be carried forward to the children. In Darwin's theory, all children will be normal since the disability is not hereditary.

AnimeLuver10023:

If so the answer would be B) Darwin's theory is correct because this is a physical accident that occurred, not heredity so since the racer lost his leg, that doesn't mean his children will lose their legs as well because its not a gene blood heredity thing
