Hello. Let's start from the bottom up. Geothermy is an enticing answer since 'geo' refers to rocks. But geothermy refers to the rocks in the center of the Earth, and our question didn't specify that our lizard was there (nor that it could be). Next we have hydrothermy, which is an easy no since 'hydro' refers to water. This leaves us with endothermy and ectothermy. The former is when organisms regulate their body internally, like humans for example. This keeps us warm-blooded all the time, as we are able to regulate our bodies temperature on our own without needing anything else. Ectothermy is the regulation of ones body temperature using external sources. Humans do this too, but usually for lowering ones body temperature through means of a fan, or air conditioner. But in our case, we have a lizard lying on a rock to raise it's body temperature. This is a clear example of ectothermy.
