The best way to work with \(\bf {\LaTeX}\) is by viewing the `Live preview of your reply` thingy.
Overlapping, you will use `\rlap`, preferably `\hspace`.
`\rlap` I believe will only do 1 layer, while `\hspace` is endless layers.

When using `\hspace`, you have to play with the sizes until you find the spacing you want. The first `\hspace` is centering your text.
Example:
