This might be a bit of a wild answer but here I go. If you take the flowers out of the eco system and humans out of their habitat you would indefinitely decrease the carrying capacity for the mosquito, both male and female mosquitoes need their fix of sugar to survive and in order to reproduce they need the protein from an animals blood. So factoring those two things out the sugar from flowers and the blood from animals you will indefinitely decrease the carrying capacity.
