katherine:

You are the manager and two employees are having issues with each other. These issues are affecting their happiness and productivity. What is the best action for you to follow? Ask other employees who is right and then terminate the employee who is in the wrong. Call both employees in to your office and mediate the issue. Call the employees in to your office one at a time and tell them to just move on and forget whatever happened. Terminate both employees.

AngeI:

B seems like the most logical one out of the given choices.

Arcadiouse:

Yeah, B.

AshtynThatDrummerGirl:

Honestly, both B and C has happened to me. In school I was called into the office because me and another student were having issues and the principle told me to just move on and focus on my education which is what I did, but then they didn't leave me alone so we were both called into the office and we had to fix the issue. (also your pineapple pfp is adorable oh my god I love it so much)
