Hm, after research on a old Windows XP machine, Someone told me that the HDD was broken. When attempting to fix the Seagate HDD myself, I did not see the head release there. I attempted many times until the cover got caught in the spin of the HDD, breaking the motor. I realized how to fix the head right after opening it up again, and looking. RIP Windows XP PC 2003-2017, it was only 15 years old.
