It would be a long and technical process to explain this to you. I can tell that you are not a believer and anything I say probably won't change that. However, it is the Christian way to spread the word. If you knew all the facts you wouldn't be so quick to make assumptions. Firstly, the illnesses that plague mankind are a test to man's faith in god. Think about it, in times of hardship we see a person true character. Even if this were not so, man is naturally wicked. Sometimes these "ills" are a result of our own mistakes and the mistakes of others. Another thing, it may be hard to understand but sometimes you have to just believe, no matter how mysterious that thing may be. I do not know why these illnesses plague the earth but to say that god does not exist because these things are present is a mistake. God loves us and there is plenty of evidence to prove it. You just have to find it. I leave this comment not with the intention of convincing you to believe in the existence of god but to look deeper and find out for your own. If you have questions look them up. Seek the help of a preacher of Christian faith who can answer your questions accurately and as truthfully to his/her capability. After you assess what you find, make a decision on your opinion and where you stand. All I ask is that you have an open heart and an open mind.
