i think 1 is Compound because one is independent and one is dependent
Usually compounds contain independent clauses and are joined together by a conjunction. So the 1st one is compound.

3 would identify as complex.
4 contains a conjunction with independent so it is compound.
5 is i think complex...70% sure on that one
