You would need to find the discriminat. If the discriminat is greater than 0 then it has to real roots... \(\large\bf{b^{2}-4ac >0}\) You plug. \(\large\bf{12^{2}-4(32)(-57) >0~~\checkmark}\) So your answer is right.
