So this is a rather easy question.
there are only ten numbers (because it has to be one digit) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and 0
Since the zero is removed that means that there is only 9 possible numbers you could use.

Now, there are 26 letters in the alphabet. Remove *O and that is only 25 letters you can actually use.
