Which statement about the Supreme Court is true? It is the only court that rules on constitutional questions. It hears only cases that are under its original jurisdiction. It issues decisions that cannot be appealed. It hears most of the appeals from district courts.

The Supreme Court decides which cases it will hear and ultimately sets their agenda. In no case does the Chief Justice's vote count for two votes, and not every case is ruled on by the Supreme Court
