How does a battery work?
@Ultrilliam @dude
@ThisGirlPretty
What kind of battery? It varies greatly from battery to battery. I imagine you want to know about a lead/acid battery or a lithium ion however.
A battery that opens a switch. ya know?
You lost me actually. What switch are you talking about?
okay, let's say you need to put batteries in your game controller, how does the battery work?
@Ultrilliam you get it?

how does that work..
Ah ok so you want to know how something like a triple A works? (sorry I was AFK)
yes!!!
Okay so there is an anode, a cathode and electrolytes in the battery. the anode contains a lot of electrodes (atoms that transfer electrons). A cathode accepts those electrodes to keep balance. The electrolytes separate the cathode and anode from touching (if they do touch it would cause an explosion because of the imbalance)
Jay, wdyt?
What is wdyt? x'D
what do you think?
jayjayyyyyyyyyyyy @Ultrilliam
Oh okay, Ultri Jay x'D
Yea he pretty much summed it up. I'm not sure I'll be able to explain this in a easy to understand way.
But Lemme give an attempt
YOU GOT THIS MAN.
Yea I'm not sure I can explain it simply. Heres a video that does a pretty good job putting it simply however: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkRwuM4S8BQ
