A narrative is a spoken or written account of connected events; a story.
An autobiography is an account of a person's life written by that person.
A memoir is a historical account or biography written from personal knowledge or special resources. 
As you can see, a narrative and an autobiography are very similar. So similar, you can probably use the same story for both. 
A memoir and a narrative can work together, since a narrative focuses on personal experience, while a memoir centers an individual, who is usually the writer of the story/book.
