You would need to apply the rule to the original point. \(\large\bf{(x,y) \rightarrow (-2+7,-5) \rightarrow (5,-5)}\) Since a reflection `from a point not of origin` we would need to graph this... https://www.desmos.com/calculator/l9k8ct1rlp In order to find the reflected point we count the units that the point is from `y=2`. We make sure this distance applies to the other side of the reflection.

If we look at the graph we see we are 7 units from `y=2` so we need to graph `7 units` from y=2 on the other side of the reflection. This means our point is `(5,9)`
