Sorry, I'm doing an essay right now going back and forth but I have one, though I don't use it cause it mostly fake to me. You grab some friends or friend you could play alone, but I assumed since the one I had instruction to play with two people and not one. You can dim the lights or whatever and you place you finger tips on the planchette and give it a few minute or so to "warm" up, don't ask questions you dont wanna know the answer to, like death and stuff. and always say goodbye basically.
