it's just asking how you want to organize your information ex: order of importance = least important to most important, or most important to least important chronological order = earliest to latest spatial order = arranged by position, ex: describing a room going from left to right
your order will depend on what your essay/presentation is about. ex: if it's about history you could use chronological order, or if you're trying to argue something you could use a cause-and-effect structure
