so when you divide volume/height you get the base as 36pi if area of a circle = pi * r^2 = 36 pi what does r equal?
3.15 * 3.39^2 = 36?
At least thats what I got in decimal form
pi * r^2 = 36 pi just divide both sides by pi to eliminate pi, then solve for r
Okay how do I do this again? V = 3.14pi * 36?

to divide by pi, write a division sign and then write pi on both sides pi * r^2 / pi= 36 pi / pi that eliminates pi from both sides so then you can solve for r
\[\pi * r^2 \div \pi=36 \div \pi\]
Like that?
needs to be 36 pi/ pi
pi*r^2/pi = 36pi/pi then simplify

6,-6
right, so r = 6 (we only consider positive distances)
Then d. I was so off
