Can someone help me?

DivineSolar:

Question?

Comerpickles:

Its for Math, I just need to know if I'm right

Comerpickles:

One second

DivineSolar:

What kind of math? Trig/Alg/Calc/ETC?

Comerpickles:

Trig I believe

Comerpickles:

Chords and Arcs

Comerpickles:

http://prntscr.com/i7a26u Here's the first one

DivineSolar:

This is Geometry. It looks true.

DivineSolar:

None of these other pairs seem to match-up.

Comerpickles:

Okie, thanks just 2 more and sorry about that

Comerpickles:

http://prntscr.com/i7a3t2

DivineSolar:

Sure. I will do my best.

Comerpickles:

Its alright, not expecting perfection XD

DivineSolar:

Been awhile since I have done one of those, have a formula for this?

Comerpickles:

Um, I don't really know I believe solve for x with pi

DivineSolar:

Hm. Solving with Pi. I will see if I can find a formula. Otherwise I would say just multiply 68 by 3.14 at the same token that would not be one of your answers. If you Divide 68 by 3.14 you get 22 though. By no means am I saying this is a 100% answer but with the information you gave me. Its the best I have.

Comerpickles:

I'll see if I can find a formula for that

DivineSolar:

Alright.

Comerpickles:

Almost there

DivineSolar:

Sure thing.

Comerpickles:

Here it is http://prntscr.com/i7ac5d

DivineSolar:

So which points are A, B, and D then. :p we need those to plug into the equation. Cause all this is > Plugging in values for 1/2 mBC

DivineSolar:

Well in this case there is no D. But you get the point I am sure of that.

Comerpickles:

Okie, so how would I set this up? Thats my weakness

DivineSolar:

After setting it up a few times. I believe I am doing this problem wrong. The first was geo over trig for sure. However this might just be trig involving tangent....

DivineSolar:

Is your third problem like this as well?

Comerpickles:

somewhat http://prntscr.com/i7aiw4

DivineSolar:

Arc measures?

DivineSolar:

It looks like it. I want you to watch a video. It might just help you. While its a triple equation each time. This may just be very useful to you. https://www.khanacademy.org/math/geometry/hs-geo-circles/hs-geo-arc-measures/v/arc-measure-with-equations-examples

Comerpickles:

Okie

Comerpickles:

@Vocaloid

DivineSolar:

You should definitely utilize that website.

Comerpickles:

I will, thank you for the help

DivineSolar:

Sorry that I was a bit useless here.

DivineSolar:

Simplistic math is not my strongsuit.

DivineSolar:

Extreme math is.

Comerpickles:

No no, not at all, I just have to get this done at a certain time. I will watch it though

DivineSolar:

Could you un-best response me. Please. Unless you need another person for that.

Comerpickles:

Besides every helping hand counts

Comerpickles:

Its alright bro, your response still stands ;)

Comerpickles:

Believe me, you were a great help, sorry if I made it seem that way by calling in someone else, I just wanna have someone show me how I'm suppose to label it with the exact numbers on here

DivineSolar:

Hm, guess its the motive to help, I don't want anything here to be wrong. I don't think I was very helpful but thanks for the vote of confidence bud. :>. @Vocaloid

Comerpickles:

No, believe me, you helped me get very far, the only thing I need help with is how to exactly label it

Vocaloid:

the angle on the inside is half the arc so (1/2)(2.5x + 4) = 7x - 2 *** this is important: it is asking for the value of AC not x so you cannot stop when you get x

Comerpickles:

http://prntscr.com/i7arbo

Comerpickles:

That was my answer

Comerpickles:

Would it be 7.1?

Comerpickles:

I watched the video and applied the same tactics
