Question

I've been training for the past 4 days and now I'm singing a song and I keep singing this note that I can almost reach I haven't trained today I'm only skipping today does singing the song trying to hit that note count as training? Because I'm getting closer and closer to that note each time I sing it so I'm getting better so is that training? I'm starting regular training tomorrow btw.
