Why does it happen Everytime i lift up something heavy and travel with it a long way why does my heart go in shock like a stinging pain?
@ThisGirlPretty
@Vocaloid @Shadow Probably knows, I don't know too much about the human body
Hmm Probably because the object is too heavy for your body to hold. e.e ^Just an assumption
Your probably right elsa
There could be a multitude of reasons. The one I find most likely would be the strain of lifting a heavy object taxing your heart. Many people don't know that your heart is actually a muscle, with fibers intended to flex and push blood throughout the body. This is so that much needed oxygen (among other things in blood) reach where they need to go. Your muscles that are being used to carry this object require oxygen, more of which that you may have available in your blood (this is why you start breathing heavy to enrich your blood with more oxygen) but your heart starts to beat more, to get more blood there (and faster). Thus, the strain.
Thx shadow the problem i see is all way to taxing heart this r ight here There could be a multitude of reasons. The one I find most likely would be the strain of lifting a heavy object taxing your heart
Well, reading the rest would help you know what to do (breath more). Deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling. Also, this could point to your heart not being used to this kind of work. Being better prepared for such situations would be exercise and healthy eating.
I read it all already
