Wasan:

Kylie is making a rectangular picture frame. She has 84 cm of ribbon to trim the edges of the frame. She will not use ribbon on the bottom edge of the frame. What is the range for the function of the area of the frame? So how would I get to the point where I find the range? How would I get the points for it when there are 3

Vocaloid:

perimeter = 84 = 2L + W (since one of the sides is not covered w/ ribbon) you can solve this for W to get W = 84 - L area = W*L = (84-L)*L then you can graph this function to find the maximum, which you can then use to find the range
