Like for example you would think a larger star is hotter since it burns more hydrogen but it's not ;-;

For example in the constellation Orion there is Betelgeuse and Rigel. Rigel is blue super giant while as Betelgeuse is a red super giant. In terms of temperature Rigel is the hottest, even though its smaller >.>
