Vocaloid was the only one to get around this, and only by a few months. due to how fit she was, and how much we needed one at the time.

Evie, to put it bluntly you are too immature, and I often give you verbal warnings when your violating the rules or doing something you shouldn't and you would continue doing what you were doing. I definitely do not think your ready.

Typically we also don't want to accept mods that are under 18 unless they seem exceptional. (With me being the exception, of course)
