If you want to eliminate the variables on the left side you would need to do the opposite of what is being done on the left side. You can see that `19w` is being `subtracted` with `36`. In order order to get it to one side you would need to `ADD` `19w` to both sides to have 36 to itself. \(\large\bf{36-19w \color{red}{+19w} = -6w + 41 \color{red}{+19w}}\) \(\large\bf{36 = -6w + 41 + 19w}\)
