You can learn latex, make friends, ask/answer questions without spamming or giving out direct answers. The moderators are super nice here(including the honor). If you want to be mod you must show a good example, be a role model, don't break the rules of the site, and there was something else... o-o. Oh yeah and don't ask for mod as it will lower your chances of becoming one. Voting doesn't work when it comes to being mod. You have to go through ultrilliam and his team :P
