Twitch is mainly just got people who want to live stream all the time and just want to get money on the spot, it's not like YouTube where you get money from YouTube it's self on twitch your watchers can donate money right on the spot as you love stream and it shows up on re screen who donated and how much.
Omelet Arcade is a app that basically can both record and can stream to its self and both facebook, Youtube And Twitch.
