shadow you were rong my fam, the speed of light is absolute in all inertial frame of references. so the speed of light is perceived as the same from the plane as it'd be preceived by a person stationary on the ground.

i know it's kinda counter intuitive because if the plane is moving 300m/s east and the light is shined 300 million m/s to the west. The speed will be perceived as the speed of light from both the person on the plane and the person stationary on the ground. let me post a quick proof from my book for you.
