NarWhalGod:

Once a President vetoes a bill, what must happen to override his veto? Both houses must pass the bill by a simple majority. Both houses must vote in favor of the bill by a two-thirds, or super-majority vote. Only one house needs to pass the bill by a two-thirds majority vote. None of the these. Congress cannot override a presidential veto.
