okay so this one is giving me a heart attack even though it's most likely not that difficult...rip my brain.

The frequency table was made using a deck of cards in which each card is numbered 1, 2, 3, or 4.

Well the total is 200 so I guess you would do 20/200, 120/200, 40/200, and 20/200 to find the decimal number and then use it on the bar graph
