well for me the most confusing part is from 0:41 to 0:50 idk if I'm being stupid but why does it say they can fit nicely into each other if the blue triangle is a right triangle and the others are different? they wouldn't, but i might be wrong, please help

oh and btw, all 3 triangles are right triangles, just different sizes and turned in different directions

Yasmeen is right. If you start watching from 0:41 to 0:43, you will see that those two triangles fit perfectly because they pulled it out from the original bigger right angled triangle. Also those two smaller triangles are both right angle triangles, you just need to rotate them to see it more clearly.
