Fairy Tail can get a bit long, but it is indeed very good.
(especially if you're into the concept of 'shipping' characters)

Code Geass has (arguably) the best ending in anime history.

Contrastingly, Bleach has a horrible ending (I am told). It is a super long series and I didn't finish it x'D

Bleach is pretty bad w the ending, true.
Naruto is good except Boruto is really bad compared to the dramatics of its predecessor.
InuYasha, Ranma 1/2, anything by Rumiko Takahashi is good.
