Do you know what the New Deal was? Or the background to why it was created?

Yeah it created relief and recovery from the great depression. I believe it made the federal government more involved in the personal lives of american citizens... but i'm not 100% in which ways

Right it focused on government help to the people
- They loaned money to banks and railroads
- Offered people jobs (government funded jobs)
- Social Security Act (help people above 65 years of age economically)
- Bank Protection (securing accounts to not allow people to lose everything if the bank had an issue)
- Creation of a national minimum wage
