What are the benefits of presenting arguments? Select all that apply. to clarify your argument to impress an audience to consider other points of view to broaden your understanding of the subject

Shadow:

To clarify your arguments -This is good because people may have misjudged what you actually believe. So by presenting an argument, you are clarifying what you actually argue/believe. To impress an audience -Technically this is valid since it can be beneficial to you in many ways to present your arguments, impress people. To consider other points of view -This is one of the most essential benefits to a debate and the sharing of arguments. It is here that ignorance can be done away with, and people can know and understand what the other side believe. To broaden you understanding of the subject -This occurs through you presenting you argument, and others being given the opportunity to find faults in it. This occurs in debates all the time, and you learn where your argument falls short.

Shadow:

The second one is kind of an outlier, so use your best judgment. Personally whilst I see that there are benefits to it(influence and so on), on an academical level, I don't think so.
