I feel like this would option four or "D" because these elements are called Noble gasses. Noble gasses are like helium and neon so I feel like there would be full atoms. I could be wrong so get confirmation from a mod. @Vocaloid

D is the answer. The columns of the periodic table represent the number of electrons in the outer most shell. The elements on the farthest right (known as the noble gasses) are elements with the maximum amount of electrons in the outer shell.

This is just memorization so I don't think I need to explain it in detail. But the yellow is the metals. Green is the metalloids. Blue and red are both non-metals. Red is specifically the noble gasses.
