80 degrees. So right if you took a flashlight and pointed straight down perpendicular (90 degrees) to the floor you'd light it up. But you'd light up a way bigger area of the floor if you held it at an angle closer to 0 degrees. Why is this question important. It's basically the concept of seasons. The sun or your flashlight is always gonna put out the same energy but the area it covers will be different. Therefore the amount of solar energy received per surface area will be different. 80 degrees would be your summer, while 10 degrees would be your summer. It makes sense because you'd expect in summer for the sun to be directly over you rather than at an angle.
