Remembers doesn't work. I think you know that. Destroy, touch, and disturb all work in a similar way in that sentence. They reference the king, saying how this ghost looks like him. Horatio responds to that, agreeing by saying "most like." It wouldn't make sense to repeat that agreement, with it 'remembers' me with fear and wonder. Destroy is too strong, they don't sound like they're trembling with fear. Touch has too neutral of a connotation in this sense, as obviously they are unbalanced due to this figure with whom looks like their previous king. Thus disturb would work best.
