A box has 1 red marble, 3 blue marbles, and 4 green marbles. Maya draws a blue marble randomly from the box, replaces it, and then draws another marble randomly. What is the probability of drawing 2 blue marbles in a row? Explain your answer.

First step is to do 1+3+4=8 so you have 8 total marbles. The odds are the same if she put the blue marble back. So the odds of drawing a blue marble would be 3/8 This is because since you have 8 marbles and only 3 of them are blue. Hope this helped.
