NarWhalGod:

Barbie offers to walk Gary's virtual dog every day for $1,000 a month. Gary accepts. After a few months of sending Barbie checks for $1,000, and noticing that they are cashed regularly, Gary wonders why his virtual dog is still just sitting there and sues Barbie. Will Gary win? Yes No

TheSmartOne:

Is there a contract signed?

NarWhalGod:

Idk

tigerlover:

I feel like this is no; the reason being is that the dog is just sitting there. Barbie may walk the dog but the dog won't walk when he doesn't want to or is not led.

TheSmartOne:

What subject is this? How do you prove that your virtual dog didn't walk? How do you walk a virtual dog? Honestly, it's just a scam and you lost money. Pretty sure you'd lose the case
