NarWhalGod:

@Shadow @NOpanda14 @nah @tigerlover @theDeviliscoming @ThisGirlPretty

NOpanda14:

I'm right next to u

Marziman:

I know it doesn't I'm getting to it.

NarWhalGod:

ok

Marziman:

Now, a torts are dealt with as a practice of "Private" law. Say you get in a car accident that you caused, the judge would rule you as a liability as defined by "Tort"

NarWhalGod:

ok someone told me that a tort has an English layer cake

NOpanda14:

huh Phones

Marziman:

Here's a better example, let's say, hypothetically, you're a celebrity right? I'm a news journalist and I publish pictures of you going to the bathroom in your house to my paper. Because of this, I am now liable to be sued for damages under "Tort" because I invaded your privacy which is a right that is to be upheld.

Marziman:

@NarWhalGod That's because people are googling the answers lmao.

NarWhalGod:

ahh a little creepy but ok

Marziman:

Yeah lmao but that's how it is.

NOpanda14:

NOpanda14:

NarWhalGod:
