First move everything on the other side except sin(4pi t/3)

And then do arcsin on both sides and you'll be left with arcsin(whatever) = arcsin(sin(4pi t/3)
And simplifying that you get
arcsin(whatever) = 4pi t/3

And then solve for t

And then the second part of the question, you plug in that number in place of y and get a number for t which is your answer
