Arresting imagery is also referred to as "eye-catching" or "striking." The headline/biography doesn't really include any facts or statistics (usually these are provided in percentages and a population is used). Notice that in the poster there's a photograph by the guy (probably with his son). This is excluding the actual guy's photograph. While I'm just making a well educated guess and could be wrong, I'd say re-think the question
