In a well-written paragraph, explain how the governments of two different countries are similar and different. Use at least two of the following terms in your response: autocracy, oligarchy, democracy, unitary, federation, confederation, parliamentary.

I think it would be helpful if we first identified two countries to compare and contrast. In short, identify your countries, describe the governments, write about what they have in common (maybe they're both democratic, for example), and write about what they don't have in common (maybe one of them has a parliament and the other has a congress). There's your paragraph, in so many words.
