I'm no physics expert, but if I remember correctly gravity on earth's surface cause all objects to accelerate downwards at a rate of 9.8 m/s^2. So, given that the initial velocity of the rocket is 64 m/s, I think you'd set up a quadratic equation in the format y=ax^2+bx+c, treating (-)9.8 as your 'a' (negative because the acceleration occurs in the opposite direction of the motion of the rocket), 64 as your 'b', and 0 as your 'c', since the height of the rocket starts at ground level, 0. Try this, let me know if it makes sense.
