The use of ‘I’ denotes first person so you can cross out those. The other two answers are use of third person, but different kinds. Limited is when you only know the inner thoughts of one person, yet unlimited is when you know how everyone is thinking.

You’re correct because in C you only know the inner thoughts of Lucy, whilst in A you know the inner thoughts of everyone in the venue (they are all bored).
